| Do I have to pay more to create more pages? |
NO! You may add as many pages and components to your site as you desire. In addition, you can use the same components in multiple parts of the site. For example, a file sharing component can be used for the missions team to share meeting minutes and a different file sharing component can be used by the choir to share music and chord sheets.

| Can I request new features be added? |
We are continuously adding new features. If there is a feature that you would like, please ask. Chances are many of our customers would benefit from that feature. If we determine that the feature has widespread appeal, then we will simply add it to the product at no charge and make it available to all customers.

| Why not just use open source software instead of the Vine Online? |
Really, the open source products are often very good and may be the right choice for some churches and companies. The advantage of the Vine Online is that adding a blog, bulletin board or photo gallery is trivial. In addition, all the components are a part of the same structure so they all share the user login information. Likewise, one wrapper file defines the look for ALL the pages. The Vine Online also lets you add multiple instances of the same component. Therefore, the pastor can have a blog for a daily prayer journal and the youth leader can have a blog to keep parents informed of the activities of the youth. Obviously, the Vine Online offers many other benefits like being able to add pages to your site, ability to edit HTML online, and support.

| Site Design |
| Do I have to hire you to design the look of my site? |
NO! If you have an existing design or someone with the skills to create one, you may do it yourself. In addition, you can hire someone other than us, to design it for you. Once created, the design needs to be converted into a special file for use with the Vine Online. Our User Guide describes how to do that.

|
| Can I use a template I found on the web? |
Probably. The template will still need to converted into a file that the Vine Online can use. That consists of adding a handful of lines to the body of the page.

|
| Can I hire you just to convert my design or template? |
Sure. Check our price list for up to date pricing.

|
| Can I use Flash and other advanced web technologies in my design? |
Yes. Anything that can be used on a traditional web site can be used with the Vine Online.

|
| Does the converted file look the same as the original? |
For the most part, the original HTML document and the page, after it has been converted to a file that Vine Online can use, look the same. The most common difference is the menu. Since the Vine Online needs special menus, you must either use one of our supplied menus or manually update the menus when you change the structure of the site.

| Hosting |
| Can I host it at any hosting company I choose? |
Yes and No. We have a package that includes hosting, but you are not obligated to host it on our servers.
Each hosting company supports different server side technologies ( .NET, PHP, ASP, JAVA JSP/Servlets). The Vine Online REQUIRES JAVA JSP/Servlets and a MySQL database. You can host it anywhere that supports those technologies.

|
| How do I know if my company will work? |
If all else fails, call/email them. Ask specifically if they support JAVA .jsp/servles. Most will advertise that plainly on their site.
